How to use our website...

This information is designed to help you through your first few visits to the Safari Rewards website.

1. Browsing Our Products

Browsing our products is very simple. We have outlined a number of categories found by selecting the Shop By Department menu beneath the Safari Rewards logo. Clicking on a category name will display relevant sub-categories or products for you to choose.

2. Searching for Products

You may prefer to search by directly typing in a keyword. You will notice a Search Keywords box in the top-tool bar of our website.

To carry out a search, simply type your keyword(s) into this box and click the search icon. A search will now be carried out.

Any products that are found from our catalogue will now be displayed for you to browse.

3. Viewing Product Information

If you would like to view further information on one of our products, simply click on either the image or product name of the desired product.

You will now see a larger (or secondary) image of the product, the points value of the product, a quantity selection menu and ‘Add to Basket’ button.

Below the product image is the product description, which details all the information available for that product.

There may be varying amounts of detail for each product - depending on the type of product you are viewing e.g. technology products will have far more information than some kitchen equipment products.

You will be able to select the quantity of items you require and add the product to your basket.

4. Adding Products to Your Basket

Once you have decided that you would like to order one of our products you will need to add the product to your shop basket.

Simply click the ‘Add to Basket’ button and you will instantly see that details have been amended in your 'Shop Basket' at the top right-hand-side of the website. The number of points and number of items is displayed.

5. Shop Basket Overview

By clicking on the shop basket you will see details of the product selected, quantities and points value of your selected products together with the total points of all products in your basket.

If you would like to remove a product from the shop basket, or increase the quantity required, then simply amend the quantity value field and click ‘Ok’.

If you would like to proceed to our checkout and complete your purchase, then simply click the 'Checkout' link to proceed, or click the ‘Continue shopping’ button to shop further.

6. Checkout Procedure

Checking your products out is an easy process. The first screen of the checkout process will display an overview of your current shopping basket.

If you are happy with all your information, click the 'Confirm Order' button to place the order.

Your order will be delivered to your business address only, if you need to make any changes to this address please contact the Safari Helpline as soon as possible on 0370 3663 007 (Lines open 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri).

7. My Account

Each activated account has their own ‘My Account’ section. You can access your details by clicking the 'My Account' button on the top-tool bar.

Upon clicking the link, you will be taken to your account details - further information on these options are displayed below.

8. Account Details

You can update your personal information here. However, you will notice that certain information cannot be amended, please contact the Safari Helpline on 0370 3663 007 (Lines open 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri), or email us here and we will be able to amend this for you.

9. Change Password

You can change your password here.

10. Wish List

You can view items you have added to your wish list here.

11. Order History

You can view detailed information regarding your past orders here.

12. Transaction History

You can view detailed information regarding transactions on your account here.

13. Notifications

You can select the notifications you would like to receive here.

14. Logging Out

You are advised to Log Out of your account each time you leave the website for your own security. To log out, simply click the 'Not you?' link in the top tool-bar.
